  1. Books with quality issues can be returned within 14 days, with shipping costs covered by us.
  2. New books without quality issue can be returned within 14 days, customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  3. Used books can be returned within 14 days, with a service fee of CAD $2 per book, and customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
